Requirements: * Experience in civil construction (preferred) * Sense of responsibility and punctuality * Ability to work in a team * Legal documentation to work in Portugal Responsibilities: * Support masons and other on-site teams * Transport and preparation of materials * Cleaning and organization of the workplace * Compliance with safety regulations We offer: * Salary between €1,000 and €1,500 * One-year fixed-term employment contract * Integration into a stable and growing company * Annual bonus * Opportunity for career progression Work area: Sintra and Lisbon
