Continuous training and a dynamic work environment Nobislux, a leading company in the civil construction sector headquartered in Lagos, is currently recruiting a **Construction Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (M/F)** to strengthen its teams. **Profile:** · Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Technical Drawing, or a related field (preferred); · Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the civil construction sector; · Proficiency in computer tools (AutoCAD, MS Office, measurement and planning software); · Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering details; · Sense of responsibility, accuracy, and organization; · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; · Valid driver's license; · Residence in the Algarve region (preferred). **Responsibilities:** · Analyze and interpret civil construction project documentation (technical drawings, measurements, and budgets); · Prepare construction execution plans, ensuring proper organization of works; · Carry out measurements and quantifications of materials, equipment, and labor; · Support the definition of construction methodologies and technical solutions; · Collaborate with site management and other teams on coordination and planning; · Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and scheduled deadlines. **Conditions:** · Integration into a solid and growing civil construction company; · Stable employment contract; · Remuneration commensurate with experience and qualifications; · Opportunity for career progression; · Continuous training and a dynamic work environment.
