Opportunity to join a growing company and challenging projects InovBuild is looking for a Construction Director to join its team and assume responsibility for coordinating and managing construction contracts in the Lisbon area. We seek a professional with strong leadership, organizational, and planning capabilities, responsible for ensuring project execution in accordance with deadlines, budget, and defined quality standards. Key responsibilities include daily site supervision, coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors, management of human resources, materials, and equipment, as well as cost and production control. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, reviewing project designs, identifying solutions for potential on-site constraints, and maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the construction process.
