Responsibilities: - Monitor and coordinate on-site work execution; - Manage internal teams and subcontractors; - Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards; - Perform measurements and cost control; - Organize materials, equipment, and site logistics; - Report progress of works to management. Requirements: - Proven experience in civil construction and landscaping (preferred); - Leadership and team management capabilities; - Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills; - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; - Valid driver's license (mandatory); - Willingness to travel.
