Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Representative / Construction Project Manager for Habiplus, focused on building rehabilitation and maintenance, overseeing both commercial and technical processes. Autonomy to develop a client portfolio and manage projects **Habiplus** is a company specialized in **building rehabilitation and maintenance**, recognized for executing **exterior works**, including: * Facade painting; * Waterproofing; * Application of asphalt membrane systems; * Roof repair and rehabilitation; Following our growth, we aim to strengthen our team with a **Commercial Representative / Construction Project Manager**, capable of overseeing the entire commercial and technical process—from project acquisition through to completion. Main Responsibilities: * Prospecting and acquiring new clients; * Conducting technical site visits and assessing client needs; * Preparing measurements, quotations, and commercial proposals; * Negotiating and providing commercial follow-up; * Planning and coordinating awarded construction projects; * Managing on-site teams and subcontractors; * Controlling costs, deadlines, and work quality; * Providing continuous client support throughout the entire project. We seek a professional with: * Experience in the civil construction sector, preferably in exterior rehabilitation projects; * Knowledge of painting, waterproofing, roofing, or facades (a valued asset); * Ability to read technical drawings and interpret measurements; * A commercial mindset and strong results orientation; * Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills; * Strong communication and negotiation abilities; * Valid driver's license (mandatory).
