Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering; • Active registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (a valued advantage); • Proven experience in organization and management of construction projects; • Ability to prepare and control material quantities; • Solid knowledge of structural design; • Autonomy, technical rigor, and ability to coordinate with other departments within the company; • Valid Category B driver's license. Main Responsibilities: • Planning, supervision, and technical management of construction projects; • Coordination of internal teams and subcontractors; • Analysis, validation, and supervision of structural designs; • Cost, schedule, and quality control during execution; • Technical support to various departments within the company.
