Focus on quality, safety, and deadlines Job Description: Management and supervision of construction and renovation projects; Planning and on-site team coordination; Oversight of work execution to ensure quality, safety, and deadline compliance; Reading and interpretation of architectural and specialist drawings; On-site surveys and measurements; Material planning and support to the procurement department; Direct contact with clients, suppliers, and supervisory authorities; Quality control of finishes and resolution of on-site incompatibilities; Preparation of progress reports. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture; Experience in construction project supervision and management (preferred); Knowledge of construction processes and finishes; Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Valid driver's license (mandatory); Team spirit, proactivity, and responsibility.
