Hikma is seeking to recruit a **Trainee** (m/f) to join its **Health \& Safety** department, working on-site. We also value responsibility, enthusiasm for challenges, empathy, and transparency. **Responsibilities** * Support the implementation and monitoring of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies; * Collaborate in waste management and control, ensuring compliance with applicable environmental legislation; * Assist in risk assessments and safety inspections; * Participate in organizing training sessions and internal awareness campaigns; * Support physical security management of facilities (access control, emergency plans, signage, etc.); * Assist in preparing and updating legal documentation and internal EHS reports; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's environmental and safety processes. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Safety Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; * Eligible for an IEFP professional internship; * Interest in Occupational Safety, Sustainability, and Environment; * Knowledge of environmental and OHS legislation (advantageous); * Proficient in Microsoft Office; * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and teamwork spirit; * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. **What We Offer** * IEFP Professional Internship (6 months) * Integration into a dynamic and sustainability-oriented company; * Technical and training support throughout the internship; * Opportunity to develop practical skills in EHS; If this opportunity appeals to you as the start of your professional career, join our team and help us deliver *better health, within everyone’s reach, every day*.
