Focus on sustainability and environmental management **Job posted:** April 22, 2026 **Position:** 1 person **Gender:** Male or female **Location:** Oliveira do Bairro ### **Job Description** • Opportunity for personal and professional development; • Integration into a solid company. ### **Candidate Profile** • Promote a holistic and critical perspective on sustainability-oriented management; • Support the preparation of sustainability and ESG reports; • Implement and monitor the Sustainability Roadmap, ensuring execution of defined initiatives; • Contribute to adapting construction product CE marking to the new Regulation (EU) 2024/3110, particularly regarding the environmental aspect; • Ensure execution of activities within the assigned unit, guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards and procedures to support achievement of established objectives; • Record and report relevant information concerning performed activities, in accordance with defined procedures and guidelines; • Carry out scheduled and ad-hoc environmental inspections and technical visits, identifying key issues related to production activities, recording any non-conformities, and monitoring implementation of corrective and improvement actions; • Organize and deliver environmental training and/or awareness-raising activities, promoting increased knowledge and awareness among employees regarding internal environmental and sustainability rules and procedures; • Collaborate in organizing and implementing environmental emergency procedures, as well as preparing and conducting drills; • Participate in root cause analysis and handling of information associated with environmental incidents or accidents, contributing to continuous improvement and elimination of root causes; • Develop corporate sustainability activities and programs, audits, and compliance initiatives; • Ensure and operationalize the integrated policy within the assigned team and with third parties. ### **Requirements** • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Sustainability, or related fields; • Technical knowledge of ESG/ESRS (preferred but not mandatory); • Knowledge of environmental legislation (preferred but not mandatory); • Familiarity with ESG KPIs and sustainability reporting (preferred but not mandatory); • Ability to work effectively in a team; • On-site work; • Environmental awareness.
