We are looking for a motivated professional to join a distinctive hotel chain holding certifications such as LEED Gold, ISO, Biosphere, and Green Key—reflecting our dedication to environmental responsibility, energy efficiency, and sustainable tourism. Home (Neya Lisboa) \- NEYA Lisboa Hotel (neyahotels.com) **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving internal requisitions from departments and fulfilling them in accordance with established internal procedures; * Receiving and inspecting purchased raw materials and goods; * Recording incoming items in the system; * Monitoring expiration dates of perishable goods; * Preparing and conducting warehouse inventories; * Proactively sourcing the best products and suppliers in terms of value, delivery times, and quality; * Adhering to purchasing procedures and hotel policies. ### **Requirements** * Minimum education level: 12th grade * Professional with 5 years’ experience in similar roles (experience in procurement/storeroom/operational hotel functions is highly valued) * Knowledge of HACCP standards; * Familiarity with Primavera system (preferred) * Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics; * Rigor, organization, and planning skills * Versatility and dynamism * Strong negotiation skills * Time management ability and adherence to deadlines ### **Benefits** * Integration into a solid and expanding hotel group; * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role performed, based on proven experience; * Access to benefits and discounts from NEYA Hotels and partner entities; * Free internal training academy; * Meal allowance and in-kind meals; * Additional holiday day granted on the employee’s birthday; * Baby kit for new parents; * Three additional holiday days awarded after one year of service; * Health insurance; NEYA Hotels is committed to Sustainability and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals.
