The **TECNOPLANO** Group seeks to hire a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Control Technician for a Construction Management and Supervision / Inspection team working on a major project in the Litoral Alentejo region. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Geometric control of different construction phases for measurement control purposes; * Monthly measurement of executed work quantities; * Verification, control, and forecasting of costs for completed or upcoming works; * Preparation of Measurement Certificates based on executed work; * Maintenance of the general contract’s current accounts; * Verification of price revisions. **Qualifications:** * Professional training or diploma in Civil Engineering or other qualification(s) demonstrating relevant experience; * Minimum 5 years of professional experience in cost control functions. **Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:** * Motivation to perform duties in a construction-site environment; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Initiative, proactivity, and dynamism; * Proficiency in *AutoCAD* and *Microsoft Excel* (mandatory); * Ability to integrate well within a large team. **Offer:** With 59 years of accumulated expertise, TECNOPLANO delivers design and consulting services in the fields of Buildings, Transport, Industry and Energy, Hydraulic Infrastructure, Environment, and Airports.
