Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized technical-commercial software consultant with experience in ERP implementation and knowledge of business management and SQL Server. Key Highlights: 1. Software consulting and pre-sales support 2. Quality control, documentation, and technical support 3. Experience in ERP and SQL Server implementation We are looking for candidates with the following profile/competencies: RESPONSIBILITIES: – Provide software consulting services, proposing the best technological solutions tailored to each client's specific context – Support pre-sales activities including requirements gathering, preparation and delivery of demonstrations, and management of implementation projects – Perform quality control on developments (transforming gathered requirements into test cases), prepare and deliver user manuals – Keep clients informed and provide technical support PROFILE: – Knowledge of business management – Knowledge of SQL Server – Knowledge of Transact-SQL – Knowledge of and experience with web technologies – Experience in ERP implementation – PHC certification (preferred) – Analytical and problem-solving skills – Strong communication skills (both oral and written) – Teamwork ability – Sense of responsibility regarding deadline adherence – Empathy towards clients COMPETENCIES: – Technical-commercial – Dynamic – Organized Education and Experience: – Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Management Information Systems, or equivalent professional qualification – Minimum of 2 years’ experience in software consulting roles
