**ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER (M/F)**

**Main Responsibilities:**
· Participate in research, development, and innovation projects in the fields of sustainability, environment, and energy;
· Support environmental and sustainability assessments of products, processes, and technologies;
· Conduct studies and analyses related to decarbonization, resource efficiency, and circular economy;
· Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental and sustainability data;
· Prepare technical reports and supporting documentation for ongoing projects;
· Support preparation of technical proposals and applications for funded projects;
· Monitor trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability and environmental fields;
· Contribute to identifying and developing new innovation opportunities;
· Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in developing sustainable technological solutions.
**Mandatory Requirements:**
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering or equivalent field;
· Up to 2 years of professional experience in roles related to environment, sustainability, or energy;
· Knowledge of sustainability, environmental management, and efficient resource utilization;
· Critical analytical skills, ability to interpret data and solve problems;
· Strong technical writing and report drafting capabilities;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
· Fluency in English (minimum level B2/C1\);
· Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
· Team spirit and ease of collaboration in multidisciplinary environments;
· Proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
· Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA);
· Knowledge of Life Cycle Costing (LCC);
· Experience preparing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) reports;
· Knowledge of carbon footprint calculation for products and organizations;
· Knowledge of circular economy, decarbonization, and energy transition;
· Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards;
· Experience in research and development (R\&D) projects;
· Experience applying for nationally or European-funded projects;
· Interest in energy, e-fuels, sustainability, and technological innovation.
