Job Summary:
We are seeking a Cost Estimator / Cost Control Technician to manage and supervise the construction of a major project in the Alentejo Litoral region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Geometric control and measurement of quantities of work executed.
2. Verification, control, and forecasting of work costs.
3. Preparation of Measurement Certificates and maintenance of running accounts.

TECNOPLANO Group seeks to hire a Cost Estimator / Cost Control Technician for a Construction Management and Supervision / Inspection team for a major project in the Alentejo Litoral region.
**Responsibilities and Duties:**
* Geometric control of different construction phases for measurement control purposes;
* Monthly measurement of quantities of work executed;
* Verification, control, and forecasting of costs for work performed or to be performed;
* Preparation of Measurement Certificates based on work executed;
* Maintenance of the general contract’s running accounts;
* Verification of price revisions.
**Qualifications:**
* Professional training or diploma in Civil Construction or equivalent documentation demonstrating relevant experience;
* Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in cost control functions.
**Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:**
* Motivation to perform duties in a construction-site context;
* Communication skills and ability to work in a team;
* Initiative, proactivity, and dynamism;
* Proficiency in *AutoCAD* and *Microsoft Excel* (mandatory);
* Strong ability to integrate into a large team.
