We are seeking a Contract Manager with experience in cogeneration and utilities maintenance who wants to make a difference in a rapidly growing field. **Responsibilities – Your Mission** * **Operational Management:** Supervise and coordinate daily preventive and corrective maintenance activities for cogeneration and utilities, ensuring compliance with established plans, performance standards, and applicable laws and regulations; * **Technical Management:** Maintain in-depth knowledge of facilities and equipment, monitor energy system performance, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization—including energy efficiency and sustainability practices; * **Supplier Management:** Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, budget for work, and supervise its execution—whether by internal teams or subcontractors; * **People Management:** Coordinate and allocate tasks among the technical team, promote problem-solving, and provide necessary guidance; * **Reporting:** Prepare technical and financial reports on service quality, performance indicators, and cost control per contract; * **Quality, Environment and Safety:** Ensure compliance with the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) Management System procedures, conduct safety inspections, and guarantee proper use of PPE. **Qualifications** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Full-time employment; * Integration into a company committed to ecological transformation; * Challenging projects with real environmental impact; * A dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunities for professional development and growth. **Location:** Paço de Arcos **Contract Type:** Permanent Contract **Become an Agent of Ecological Transformation!
