This role’s primary responsibility is to supervise and coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in order receipt, preparation, and dispatch processes, as well as achievement of the team’s operational objectives. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise daily operational team activities; Ensure proper issuance and management of transport documents; Oversee order receipt, verification, organization, and dispatch; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Support priority setting and resolution of operational issues; Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for operational process optimization and continuous improvement; Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 12th-grade education; User-level computer skills; Basic English knowledge; Prior experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or similar roles (preferred); Experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; Efficiency and strong work capacity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and strong leadership ability.
