We seek professionals with leadership profiles, excellent communication and motivation skills, who enjoy working with people and contributing to social causes. Main Responsibilities Train new promoters and ensure their effective integration into the team; Monitor daily fieldwork (street, events, and door-to-door); Ensure the quality of approaches and communication; Conduct feedback, motivation, and development sessions; Ensure achievement of targets and quality standards; Represent the organization and communicate its mission ethically and inspiringly; Organize teams and report results daily. Ideal Profile Experience in leadership, training, or supervision of teams (preferred); Excellent communication and motivational skills; Proactivity, responsibility, and enthusiasm for challenges; Resilience and results orientation; Team spirit and group management capability; Valid visa (residence, study, or work); Fluency in Portuguese.
