**Senior Security Operations**
**What We’re Looking For:**
We seek a **Senior Cybersecurity Engineer** to join our cybersecurity team, playing an active role in protecting the technology infrastructure, responding to incidents, and implementing security controls. You will have the opportunity to work with market-leading technologies, participate in strategic projects, and contribute to the organization’s continuous security evolution.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Integrate into SOC/CSIRT operations, acting as an L3 cybersecurity incident response specialist.
* Execute containment, eradication, and recovery activities during cybersecurity incidents, ensuring minimal business impact.
* Conduct post-incident reviews (Post-Incident Reviews), identifying root causes, lessons learned, and actions for continuous improvement.
* Participate in and support penetration testing, Red Teaming, and Blue Teaming exercises, contributing to ongoing assessment of security posture.
* Participate in the Vulnerability Management lifecycle, using Qualys or equivalent tools to identify, assess, prioritize, and track vulnerabilities.
* Oversee Patch Management processes via BigFix, WSUS, or equivalent tools, ensuring compliance requirements and deadlines are met.
* Develop and execute custom scripts, automations, and queries to support real-time monitoring, investigation, and incident response activities.
* Define, implement, and maintain hardening policies, secure configuration standards, and secure implementation procedures for systems and technology platforms.
* Administer and maintain the corporate endpoint protection platform (CrowdStrike Falcon), including policy management, monitoring, threat detection, and response.
* Operate and optimize web filtering and internet access control solutions (FortiGate and Skyhigh Web Proxy), ensuring enforcement of defined security policies.
* Administer the CyberArk platform, ensuring privileged access management, session isolation, and secure credential rotation in compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
* Operate and evolve Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and tools, including custom-developed solutions, ensuring appropriate access control and segregation of duties.
* Maintain and update technical documentation, standardized operational procedures (SOPs), standards, and runbooks supporting cybersecurity operations.
* Develop initiatives for continuous improvement of monitoring and incident response capabilities.
**Your Key Competencies:**
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, Networking, and Cybersecurity.
* Practical experience administering Windows and Linux systems.
* Solid knowledge of networks, firewalls, network segmentation, and VPNs.
* Experience in security incident response and cybersecurity operations.
* Experience in vulnerability management, system hardening, and remediation processes.
* Experience with security tools, particularly EDR, PAM, and Vulnerability Management solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, CyberArk, Qualys, or equivalents).
* Knowledge of security frameworks and best practices, including NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and DORA.
* Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GIAC, CEH, as well as CyberArk, CrowdStrike, Qualys, or Microsoft Security certifications are highly valued.
* English proficiency (B2 level)
