Job Summary: The Portuguese Dental Association is seeking a Senior Professional Development Technician to support the creation of specialties, monitor development plans, and provide clarifications regarding training pathways. Opportunity for professional development **The Portuguese Dental Association** is looking for a **Senior Professional Development Technician** to join our team at our headquarters in Porto. Job Description: * Support the design, planning, and implementation of new specialties and sector-specific competencies; * Conduct technical and regulatory analysis of applications for professional qualifications (specialties and sector-specific competencies), ensuring legal integrity and strict compliance with current regulations; * Support the operationalization of the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) digital platform; * Monitor the progress of members’ Personal Development Plans (PDPs) using competency indicators; * Provide clarifications to dentists regarding training pathways, certification processes, and use of the digital platform; * Analyze and ensure timely updates of data on numbers of specialists and competencies assigned per area, through the creation of dashboards; * Actively collaborate in general unit activities, supporting the execution of training tasks and implementation of new processes. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Educational Sciences, or other fields related to competency management and professional development; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operationalizing training or competency development processes, including technical support to professionals and practical interpretation of regulatory frameworks — preferred; * High digital literacy and technological agility; * Knowledge of and experience using artificial intelligence tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other relevant IT tools (MS Office) — preferred; Desired Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry, Educational Sciences, or other fields related to competency management and professional development; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in operationalizing training or competency development processes, including technical support to professionals and practical interpretation of regulatory frameworks — preferred; * High digital literacy and technological agility; * Knowledge of and experience using artificial intelligence tools; * Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and other relevant IT tools (MS Office) — preferred; What We Offer: * Base salary between €1,300 and €1,599; * Full-time employment contract; * Mission-driven work environment with high quality standards and significant impact; * Opportunity to contribute to the team’s development and growth within the organization; * Opportunity for professional development.
