Job Summary: We are seeking a senior backend engineer with software development experience and the ability to lead complex projects, with a focus on identity and security. Key Highlights: 1. Informal and close-knit work environment What we’re looking for? * Proven experience of more than 5 years in software development, with a strong preference for senior profiles. * Solid background in backend engineering with experience in Java (newer versions are a plus) and Kotlin. * Strong experience with Spring Boot (or similar frameworks such as Micronaut). * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and container orchestration (Kubernetes). * Experience with message brokers such as Kafka. * Knowledge of GraphQL Federation is an advantage. * Proficiency with GitHub and experience working with Azure Cloud (or other cloud platforms such as AWS/GCP). * Experience working in identity teams (authentication, authorization, SSO/OAuth). * Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering projects. * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. * Familiarity with IAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, ForgeRock) and identity/security standards (OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, MFA) is desirable. * English proficiency.
