This role involves actively supporting the CCCO Global Banking team in non-financial risk management projects, developing knowledge in Global Banking and non-financial risks, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

**About the job**

* You will actively support the CCCO Global Banking ("Chief Conduct and Control Officer") team based in Lisbon and Paris in all their non\-financial risk management projects (risks like operational, regulatory, third party, etc.)
* You will have a chance to develop your knowledge on the Global Banking business line and processes, as well as on the non\-financial risks that the GB business lines face
* You will have the opportunity to get to know more about several BNP teams at worldwide level including with Group functions (Risk, Compliance, RH, IT, etc.)
* You will participate in the team's continuous improvement projects (optimization research, dissemination of best practices)
**Your Main Activities Are**
* Collaborate to facilitate the continuous improvement of the Risk Management Framework at Global Banking level on all non\-financial risks
* Support the team in the production of reports to GB Top Management for risk monitoring purposes
* Support the team in providing alerts to the management on key indicators that do not comply with internal guidelines and external obligations
* Support on the analysis of Internal Procedures
* Participate on the analysis and reconciliation of data, execution of controls, investigation of root causes of issues, and escalation of inconsistencies
* Assist in delivering the projects, in process automation, simplification
* Contribute to the preparation of the Steering, Executive and Operational Committees
**Profile and Skills to Success**
* Bachelor or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent
* Proficient user of MS Office especially Excel
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Good organisational skills
* Good communication skills
* Adaptability, ability to collaborate and analyse
