Collaborative work environment and dynamic team **Nortempo Seleção** is recruiting a **Maintenance Supervisor** to join a renowned multinational company located in **Portalegre**. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this professional will play a key role in coordinating industrial maintenance activities, ensuring equipment operationality, managing the technical team, and implementing continuous improvement actions that contribute to productive efficiency. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise the maintenance team's activities, ensuring proper task distribution and follow-up; * Ensure execution of preventive and corrective maintenance interventions on industrial equipment; * Know and ensure compliance with internal maintenance department procedures; * Define manufacturing processes for replacement parts and monitor their routing to production; * Analyze indicators related to production losses, productivity, labor utilization, and efficiency, proposing improvement actions; * Diagnose and resolve technical failures in industrial equipment; * Program and perform interventions on PLCs, variable-speed drives, and industrial robots; * Conduct critical analyses of equipment stoppages, promoting continuous improvement of preventive maintenance plans; * Collaborate in process optimization and maximizing the availability of production equipment. ### **Required Profile** * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electricity, Electrotechnics, or related fields; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance roles; * Experience in coordination and management of technical teams; * Solid knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electromechanics; * Experience in programming and troubleshooting PLCs, variable-speed drives, and industrial robots; * English language proficiency, with ability to understand and communicate professionally; * Strong leadership, initiative, and negotiation skills; * Proactive profile with excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Team-oriented, responsible, and results-driven. ### **Offer** * Integration into a solid, sector-leading multinational company; * Stable professional project with growth prospects; * Working hours from Monday to Friday, **08:00–13:00 and 14:00–17:00**; * Base salary between **€1,800 and €2,000 gross per month**, adjusted according to experience and demonstrated competencies; * Meal allowance of **€7.25/day**; * Health insurance after 6 months of contract; * Integration into a dynamic team and collaborative work environment.
