Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team, responsible for end-to-end event management across all phases and client follow-up. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently looking for a Project Management professional who dreams as big as we do and wishes to make a difference within our team. **Responsibilities:** * End-to-end event management across all phases: Preparation, Setup, Events, and Teardown; * Event analysis and preparation, ensuring equipment and teams match project requirements; * Development of technical drawings and schematics required for project execution; * Preparation of reports based on inputs gathered during events; * Client accompaniment and follow-up throughout events. **Requirements:** * Professional qualification: Project / Event Management (preferred); * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles; * Experience coordinating teams, projects, and events; * Solid knowledge in the Audiovisual field (preferred); * Valid Driver’s License (Category B); * English language proficiency (B1 level); * Knowledge of VectorWorks or AutoCAD (preferred); * Rigor, attention to detail, and critical thinking; * Sense of responsibility, time management, organization, and planning; * Leadership and problem-solving skills. **Conditions:** * Competitive salary package commensurate with role and demonstrated experience; * Integration into a sector-leading company with a dynamic team; * Opportunity to participate in major projects and events. **Benefits:** * ️ Location: Loulé Free parking ️ Meal allowance * ️ Health insurance Fresh fruit Events Professional development Employee Support Program (Legal, Psychological, Nutritional, Social, Financial) RH/2025/051
