Dynamic and collaborative environment #### **About the Logistics Planning Technician Role** The client company, a reference in the automotive sector, is strengthening its team with a Logistics Planning Technician whose main responsibilities will include managing customer and supplier orders, controlling internal stock, and managing packaging/empties owned by customers and suppliers, ensuring logistics operational efficiency and adherence to delivery deadlines. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor daily customer orders and respective shipments. * Analyze overdue orders daily, identify root causes, define action plans, and estimate shipment dates. * Define and manage warehouse loading and unloading time windows. * Ensure weekly management of outsourced operations. * Respond to and follow up on logistical non-conformities reported by customers. * Monitor daily deliveries of raw materials and components, ensuring their timely arrival at the factory. * Negotiate delivery deadlines with suppliers and adjust purchase orders (reductions/increases) according to customer requirements. * Manage packaging inventories and justify identified variances. * Conduct periodic and annual internal inventories. ### **Requirements** **Profile and Requirements** * Minimum education level: 12th grade. * Prior experience in this role. * Good command of Portuguese (advanced level) and English (basic level). * Intermediate/advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). * SAP knowledge (preferred). * Strong organizational, analytical, and priority management skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. ### **Benefits** **We Offer** * Integration into a solid and growing company. * Opportunity for professional development. * Dynamic and collaborative environment.
