Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Analyst to perform tests, issue results, calibrate equipment, and carry out general maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. General maintenance and inspections of control stations **LABORATORY ANALYST** **Location:** Portugal, Setúbal**Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract**Company:** The Navigator Company **Main Responsibilities:*** Receiving and registering incoming samples for testing; * Performing assigned tests in compliance with applicable standards and instructions, and reporting results to the Technical Manager; * Issuing test results performed by the analyst, pending subsequent validation by the Technical Manager; * Performing equipment calibration according to the defined work plan and existing Technical Instructions; * Conducting general maintenance, including cleaning of equipment used; * Carrying out inspections of Immediate Control Stations located in the factory, in accordance with the Monthly Work Plan, to ensure the condition of reagents, materials, and equipment, complying with the Inspection and Testing Plan and the specific procedure for each station. **What We Value:** **Academic Qualifications*** Minimum qualification at the 12th-grade level in a scientific field Knowledge and Experience* User-level computer skills * Good spoken and written English proficiency * Additional training related to EN ISO/IEC 17025 standard * Valid driver's license (mandatory) **Soft Skills*** Analytical ability, critical thinking, and attention to detail * Ability to work effectively in a team * Customer orientation Applications must be submitted by 09/09/2026 by clicking and completing the form under "Apply Now".
