What is the challenge? * Develop, implement, and evaluate the continuous improvement initiative plan for Nors Trucks and Buses Volvo Trucks; * Conduct awareness-raising activities and workshops on continuous improvement tools; * Support the definition of KPIs to measure the development and success of process improvement initiatives; * Carry out assessments and audits to ensure compliance with corporate policies, internal standards, and industry best practices; * Contribute to improving operational performance through data analysis and implementation of efficiency-oriented solutions. What do we expect from you? * Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering or related field; * Experience in continuous improvement, preferably in an industrial environment; * Knowledge of Lean methodologies; * Excellent communication skills, both oral and written; * Initiative, dynamism, and ability to work in a team; * Good command of English; * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (Angola, Namibia, Botswana, and Mozambique).
