A professional and dynamic work environment We are looking for a Head Waiter to join our team at an Italian restaurant in Matosinhos. We seek a candidate with experience in the hospitality industry, leadership ability, a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and the capability to ensure an organized, professional, and attentive service. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and supervise the front-of-house team; * Organize service operations and assign tasks; * Ensure service quality and consistency; * Attend to customers and guarantee an excellent experience; * Manage reservations and dining room organization; * Ensure accurate recording of consumption and sales; * Monitor front-of-house stock levels and requirements; * Coordinate with the kitchen and management; * Resolve issues during service autonomously and with sound judgment. Requirements: * Proven experience in the hospitality industry; * Experience in leadership roles; * Mandatory fluency in Portuguese, English, and French; * Knowledge of Italian is a plus; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Team spirit and sense of responsibility; * Customer orientation; * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends.
