Opportunity for professional development If you thrive on the pace of events, enjoy challenges, and wish to grow within a constantly evolving team, On The Road has the right project for you: **Audiovisual Technician – Lighting** **Some of the main responsibilities:** * Setup, programming, operation, and dismantling of lighting systems; * Configuration of lighting consoles, dimmers, and control systems; * Execution of lighting designs according to the event’s concept; * Support in preparing technical specifications, lighting layout plans, and equipment lists; * Operation of lighting control booths during live events of various types; * Ensuring lighting quality and compliance with defined technical requirements; * Ensuring organization and proper maintenance of equipment from a logistical perspective: warehouse / transportation / event. **We are looking for someone who:** * Has at least 2 years of experience in this role or in similar areas; * Is resilient, especially under high-pressure situations; * Is a *Problem Solver*, treating challenges as learning opportunities; * Possesses excellent communication skills, rigor, and strong results orientation; * Demonstrates strong teamwork and cooperative spirit; * Holds professional training in audiovisuals or lighting; * Has basic knowledge of electricity and networks; * Has basic English language skills; intermediate level is preferred; * Holds a valid driver’s license and is available for travel. * Driver’s license and availability for travel. **We offer:** * Integration into a solid and growing project in the events industry * Professional stability in a dynamic, collaborative, and excellence-oriented work environment * Professional development * Welcoming facilities including an on-site gym * Free internet access during your work breaks * Free parking at our premises * Dessert with your meals ...
