Role The Sommelier Assistant advises customers on wine selection according to the chosen dish and performs all beverage service in the restaurant. Additionally, they must support the dining room team in other duties during lunch and dinner services. Required Profile * Education in the field of wines; * Technical training in restaurant operations; * Experience and enthusiasm for customer service and upselling; * Knowledge of HACCP; * Strong organizational, communication, and resilience skills; * English language proficiency.
