Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse operations. * Organize and assign tasks among operational teams. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Ensure correct receipt, preparation, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Monitor operational productivity and quality. * Control inventories and ensure stock accuracy. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. * Manage, support, and develop operational teams. Required Profile * Experience in leadership or coordination roles within warehouse teams. * Experience in logistics, distribution, or transportation. * Leadership and team management skills. * Strong organizational sense and accountability. * Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills. * User-level computer skills. * Willingness to work in an operational environment.
