Annual activities that promote engagement among colleagues / companies / markets Location: PT Functional Family: Preparation, Design and Industrialization M/F **Family Mission** --------------------- Ensure measurement, project design, methods, processes, and construction solutions within the Casais Group, in accordance with the Group's defined quality standards and regulations, and acting in line with the Group's ethics and Casais values. **Main Responsibilities** -------------------------------- 1) Read and interpret construction-related projects, drawings, sketches, and other technical information for architectural project design of the assigned construction site, respecting the Group's quality standards and applicable legislation; 2) Produce technical drawings for construction projects manually or using specific computer-aided software, based on collected information and aligned with project stakeholders; 3) Support preparation and execution of construction works to ensure alignment between execution and project concept through site visits, discussions, and meetings with the production team; 4) Develop and/or update technical documentation for existing constructions, contributing to establishing parameters and concepts related to conceptual and basic projects for budget estimation, technical feasibility assessment, and investment analysis; 5) Ensure organization of technical documentation for all involved projects, through appropriate categorization—whether physical or electronic. **Requirements** -------------- * Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years * Knowledge of BIM software, particularly Revit (Preferred); * Knowledge of *Robot* Structural Analysis software (Preferred); * Proficiency in English. **Education** ------------ * Level 6 – Higher Education (Bachelor's Degree) * Architecture; Engineering; or related fields; **Mandatory Certifications / Licenses** ----------------------------------------- * Portuguese Order of Engineers * Portuguese Order of Architects **At Casais Group, we ensure our team members have:** * Employee Support Programs; * Cooperation with flexible and dynamic teams that encourage your learning / knowledge development; * Future-Oriented Vision: growth, evolution, industrialization, sustainability; * Annual activities that promote engagement among colleagues / companies / markets; * Benefits and Partnership Agreements; * Safety Culture.
