Key Responsibilities As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects, balancing technical requirements with team capabilities. **Your focus will be:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor Java-based software development projects; Work closely with development teams, architects, and technical leaders to ensure technical alignment of solutions; Participate in defining and validating technical solutions, contributing expertise in the Java ecosystem and modern architectures; Coordinate project development with the client; Proactively identify risks and blockers, promoting timely resolution; Promote best development practices, software quality, and continuous improvement of delivery processes. Technology Stack **Development:** Java 8/11/17; Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security; REST APIs and microservices architectures; PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other relational databases. Requirements Academic Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent field. Technical and Implementation Requirements Ability to understand technical requirements and support architectural and implementation decisions. Agile, Scrum, and Project Management Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks, with experience managing scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk. Results Orientation and Adaptability Results-driven mindset, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with adaptability in dynamic and technologically demanding environments. Java Development and Distributed Architecture Previous experience in Java software development or strong familiarity with the Java ecosystem, including knowledge of distributed architectures, REST APIs, microservices, and system integrations. Languages Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written **Bonus Points:** PMP, PSM, or equivalent certification; Experience in projects based on cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud); Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes; Experience in technology consulting and managing distributed teams.
