Senior .NET Backend Developer (m/f)

We focus on effective solutions, continuous training, and partnerships built on trust and value creation. **Responsibilities:** * Development and evolution of backend services using .NET Framework and .NET 6+; * Middleware integrations and development of SOAP and REST APIs; * Architecture and implementation of OLTP/OLAP solutions; * Advanced development and optimization of SQL Server (tuning, indexes, execution plans, and partitioning) (preferred); * Development of solutions based on Kafka (event streaming, partitions, schema registry, and retention) (preferred). **Requirements:** * Backend experience with C#/ .NET; * Experience with distributed architectures and complex integrations; * Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and engineering best practices; * Strong expertise in SQL Server and performance tuning (preferred); * Experience with Kafka (producers/consumers, partitions, schema registry) (preferred); * Hands-on experience with microservices, Docker, Redis, Dapper/Entity Framework, and monitoring/observability tools such as Grafana and Datadog (preferred). **Benefits:** * Competitive salary and benefits package; * Continuous training and specific certifications; * Opportunity for professional growth and development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * A growing company with a promising future. *See how we handle your data at* *www.guestworld.pt*
