About the Role We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform Expert with deep experience in large-scale Dynamics 365 implementations, platform governance, and enterprise solution design. The role requires solid expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and Dataverse, as well as the ability to apply fit-to-standard principles in complex business environments. Responsibilities * Lead and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations from solution design through to go-live. * Participate in complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. * Define and implement platform standards, best practices, and governance guidelines. * Support ongoing platform evolution post go-live. * Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems. * Work across development, testing, and production environments. * Translate business requirements into standard Dynamics capabilities aligned with organizational needs. Requirements * 15 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects. * Proven experience in end-to-end enterprise implementations, from solution design to go-live. * Experience in complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. * Experience in environments with strong governance and high quality standards. * Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service. * Advanced knowledge of Dynamics 365 Project Operations. * Strong ability to apply standard Dynamics functionality to real-world business scenarios. * Experience in CRM, Project Management, and Asset Management processes. * In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. * Ability to define and implement platform standards and best practices. * Experience in development, testing, and production environments. * Strong understanding of fit-to-standard principles in Dynamics implementations. * Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with other corporate systems. * Ability to support continuous platform evolution and improvements post-production. * Experience defining governance guidelines for Microsoft Dynamics platforms. * Fluency in Portuguese and English.
