Job Description: * Support and oversight during preparation of all construction phases; * Daily coordination and supervision of in-house teams and subcontractors; * Monitoring of work progress to ensure compliance with design specifications and planning; * Ensuring timely availability of required materials, tools, and equipment; * Verifying correct execution of works, guaranteeing quality standards; * Valid driver's license for light vehicles; * Willingness to travel nationwide; 2\. Technical Profile: * Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor, preferably on geotechnical projects; * Proven experience in team coordination within construction environments; * Minimum education level: 12th grade (technical training in construction preferred); * Experience managing operational teams; * Willingness to perform duties anywhere across the national territory. 3\. Behavioral Profile: * Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit; * Leadership capability across multiple teams; * Organizational and planning skills; * Effective communication across all organizational levels. 4\.
