Professional recognition within a dynamic organizational structure. We are currently recruiting a **Production Supervisor** to join our industrial unit. We seek a dynamic professional with strong shop-floor leadership capabilities, expertise in optimizing production processes, and a focus on continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate, supervise, and optimize daily factory production operations, ensuring adherence to production plans and quality standards; * Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, fostering teamwork, versatility, and compliance with internal rules; * Ensure operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks, implementing corrective actions, and promoting continuous improvement of industrial processes; * Use and consult **SolidWorks** software for analysis, technical support to projects, molds, or production components, as required; * Monitor production, productivity, and quality performance indicators (KPIs), reporting deviations to management; * Manage and control material resources and equipment, coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime; * Support the onboarding and ongoing training of new employees; * Strictly comply with, and ensure compliance with, occupational safety, health, and hygiene (OSH) regulations, as well as quality management system procedures. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (preferred); * Solid professional experience (minimum 3–5 years) in coordination, team leadership, or supervisory roles within an industrial/manufacturing environment (experience in plastics, molds, or plastic transformation industries is highly valued); * **Practical experience using SolidWorks software (mandatory);** * **Good command of English (spoken and written) (mandatory);** * **Willingness to undertake international business travel (mandatory);** * Strong leadership, conflict management, and strict results- and problem-solving orientation; * Solid knowledge of continuous improvement/Lean Manufacturing tools and KPI-based management; * Proficiency in user-level IT applications (ERP/Excel); * Residence in the Setúbal region, Greater Lisbon, or south bank of the Tagus River (preferred). **What we offer:** * Base salary commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies, supplemented by company-wide benefits; * Opportunity to directly join a solid, rapidly growing industrial project, recognized as a European reference in its sector; * Career development, international exposure, and professional recognition within a dynamic organizational structure. **Work Location:** Barreiro, with availability for international travel. **Applications:** Please send your updated CV to: **lgpeoplecore@gmail.com**, with the subject line **"Production Supervisor"**. *\*All applications will be reviewed and handled confidentially in accordance with our data protection policy (GDPR).
