Identify opportunities to optimize production processes The B&M Group is recruiting a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR. We seek a Production Coordinator to ensure planning, coordination, and monitoring of production operations. This role will play a decisive part in team management and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate and oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to the production plan. * Lead, develop, and motivate production teams. * Ensure achievement of productivity, quality, cost, and delivery schedule targets. * Identify opportunities to optimize production processes, eliminate waste, and enhance operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Profile: * Experience in production team coordination or supervision roles. * Knowledge of wood transformation and furniture manufacturing processes (preferred). * Secondary education (preferred). * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in an industrial environment. * Strong results-, quality-, and process-optimization orientation. * Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. * Good user-level computer skills.
