The Real Estate department seeks an intern to perform duties within **Space Management** at Santander Portugal. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for: * Supporting the surveying, updating, and organization of physical space floor plans using AutoCAD. * Collaborating in the development and review of technical drawings, layouts, and space organization proposals. * Monitoring adaptation, renovation, and maintenance projects for facilities, coordinating with internal teams and suppliers. * Contributing to the analysis of functional requirements for spaces, proposing improvements in utilization, circulation, and comfort. * Organizing technical documentation supporting projects, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and up-to-date information. * Supporting administrative and control tasks related to construction works, interventions, and space management. **YOUR CONTRIBUTION** Our people are our greatest strength.
