Adequate onboarding and training for performing job functions 3HB Hotels is looking for an **HR Development Assistant (M/F)** to join its Human Resources Department in Faro. **About Us:** 3HB Hotels brand was launched in 2017, though our story began much earlier. We are an expanding and growing Group. We currently operate a portfolio of 6 hotels, distributed between Albufeira and Faro. We plan to open two additional properties shortly, located in Lisbon and Faro. We aim to strengthen our teams with key individuals who contribute daily to our mission of continuing to deliver excellence, quality, and comfort to our guests through an honest, creative, and informal brand. **Job Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and Selection: managing processes from identifying needs, preparing and publishing job ads, reviewing applications, conducting phone screenings, and supporting interviews; * Onboarding: developing and implementing processes to ensure proper welcoming and integration of new employees; * Training Management: identifying training needs, designing and implementing training plans, analyzing new development activities for teams; * Partnerships: establishing contacts, particularly with educational institutions and training providers; * General Support: assisting with various tasks within the Human Resources department. **Candidate Profile:** * Academic qualification at bachelor’s degree level in Human Resource Management or related field; * Minimum of 3–5 years’ professional experience in similar roles, preferably within the hospitality sector; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel; * Knowledge of HR management software; * Strong planning and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; * Ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships; * High sense of ethics and responsibility; * Proactivity and dynamism; * Availability to work in Faro and Albufeira. **We Offer:** * Integration into a solid and expanding hotel group; * Competitive remuneration aligned with the role and demonstrated experience; * Personal and professional development; * Adequate onboarding and training for performing job functions. **Join the 3HB team and make a difference!** **Apply through one of the following channels:** * Website: https://3hb.com/cv/assistente\-desenvolvimento\-recursos\-humanos\-faro/ ‎ * Email: cv@3hb.com Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary or Fixed-term Contract Work Location: On-site
