Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Business Developer responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and collaborating with technical teams. Manage the sales cycle through to deal closure We are looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Business Developer with strong analytical and communication skills to join our commercial team. This professional will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing commercial proposals, and collaborating with technical and project management teams. Responsibilities: – Identify and qualify business opportunities in national and international markets; – Develop commercial and technical proposals in response to terms of reference and public/private tenders; – Coordinate with technical teams to gather requirements and define solutions; – Participate in client meetings to present proposals and negotiate contracts; – Manage the sales cycle through to deal closure; – Support the definition of commercial strategies and pricing models. Candidate Profile: – Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Information Technologies, or related fields; – Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or pre-sales roles, preferably in the technology or consulting sector; – Proven experience developing complex commercial proposals (e.g., ERP, SAP, cloud solutions); – Excellent written and verbal communication skills; – Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written); – Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms; – Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; – Knowledge of SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, RISE) is a plus; – Experience with public tenders and procurement platforms (a valuable asset); – Financial analysis capability and experience building pricing models (a valuable asset).
