Set tables according to event type and service standards. Answer guest questions regarding menu selections. Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu-related inquiries, wait times, re-preparation orders, and product inventory. Relay guest dietary requirements, allergies, restrictions, and special requests to the kitchen. Record transactions in the MICROS system at the time of ordering. Confirm guest satisfaction with each meal course and beverage. Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tableware, and glassware throughout the day. Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights. Present accurate and professional bills to guests and process payments. Comply with all company and safety/security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management; and complete safety training and certification. Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance; safeguard confidential information; and protect company assets. Welcome and recognize all guests in accordance with company standards; anticipate and address guest service needs; assist guests with disabilities; and sincerely thank guests. Communicate clearly and professionally with others. Build positive workplace relationships; support the team in achieving common goals; and appropriately listen to and respond to concerns raised by other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Read and visually verify information presented in various formats, including small print. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds (approximately 11 kg) without assistance, and move objects exceeding 50 pounds (approximately 23 kg) with assistance. Use fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination to grasp, twist, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights. Navigate inclined, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and ascend/descend stairs and ramps. Reach, bend, twist, pull, and squat above and below knee level.
