Job Title: Quality Analyst **At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world.** : **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Ensure internal and external product quality to guarantee customer satisfaction. * Manage customer complaints and returns, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions. * Develop and maintain quality documentation, including Control Plans, QIPs, FMEAs, and PPAPs. * Participate in internal, external, and customer audits to ensure compliance with quality requirements. * Support the introduction of new products, processes, and manufacturing equipment. * Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and promote continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformities and prevent defects. * Ensure adherence to applicable quality procedures and standards. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality or Manufacturing roles. * English language proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. * Knowledge of Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, MSA, APQP) and problem-solving methodologies (8D, PPSR) is preferred. * Strong analytical skills, results orientation, teamwork spirit, and focus on continuous improvement. **ABOUT TE CONNECTIVITY** TE Connectivity plc (NYSE: TEL) is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
