Our mission: to combine design, ethics, sustainability, and artisanal excellence. We collaborate with workshops and artisans in Portugal and France, and work on rapidly expanding international projects. **Internship Objective** You will assist the founder in managing logistics operations, commercial development, and communications. This internship will provide you with a holistic view of a growing enterprise and allow you to engage in varied tasks spanning supply chain, business development, and marketing. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Logistics \& Operations** * Plan deliveries and pickups between workshops, partners, and customers * Update logistics tracking spreadsheets * Coordinate shipments with carriers (France, Portugal, and other countries) * Manage shipping documentation and ensure timely communication of delivery deadlines * Participate in return management and quality follow-up * Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement * Create product technical sheets to facilitate preparation and dispatch **2\. Commercial Development** * Contribute to growth strategy: B2B prospecting, client follow-up * Identify and develop new partnerships * Support preparation for professional meetings and events * Develop presentations and commercial support materials **3\.
