Our work is not just about ensuring smooth check-in or check-out processes. Beyond that, it is about building an experience that is unique and memorable for the guest. Our Guest Experience Experts take initiative to offer a broad range of services that guide our guests during their stay. They feel empowered to be on the move and do whatever is needed at any given moment. Whether performing operational tasks, handling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights about local events and places, Guest Experience Experts ensure these transactions become part of the guest experience.
Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamental elements critical to success (creating a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, protecting company assets, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Experience Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance). It is essential that Guest Experience Experts consistently perform these tasks (and other reasonable tasks assigned to them) well so guests remain satisfied and the hotel operates smoothly.
