**Then join our global team as Global Payroll, Time \& Absence Project Support (m/f/d) and support the global Payroll, Time Management, and Absence Management functions both operationally and in projects, with a strong focus on Workday and related HR\-systems. In this role, you ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support effective sprint\-planning, and successfully coordinate payroll-related initiatives in close collaboration with HRIT, AMS\-service providers, and relevant business\-stakeholders.**
**Choose the best location for your work** \- in coordination with your manager, you may work remotely (within Germany) for up to an average of 60% of your working time in this position.
**Even more flexibility?** Remote work from abroad is possible for up to 30 days per year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

**Your responsibilities:**
**Daily Operations \& Sprint\-Coordination**
* You ensure efficient daily operations across Payroll, Time Management, and Absence Management functions, particularly in Workday and other systems
* You are responsible for supporting and maintaining sprint\-planning activities, including backlog\-preparation, prioritization, and tracking
* You act as the coordinating interface between HR, HRIT, and AMS\-service providers to ensure timely execution of operational tasks
* You monitor system-related incidents, requests, and changes, ensuring proper handling and resolution
**Project Support \& Coordination**
* You ensure support for global and regional Payroll and Time Management projects, including implementations, enhancements, and harmonization initiatives
* You coordinate among internal and external stakeholders, including HR, HRIT, Finance, Compliance, and AMS\-service providers
* You track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring transparency
* You support test activities (UAT, regression testing) and preparation for go-live
**Stakeholder\-Management**
* You serve as the central point of contact for topics related to Payroll, Time Management, and Absence Management
* You promote and manage communication among global, regional, and local stakeholders
* You support governance meetings, reporting activities, and status updates
**Controls \& Compliance**
* You support implementation and monitoring of internal control requirements
* You ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, and corporate policies
* You contribute to preparing audit documentation and supporting audits
* You help improve the effectiveness of controls and the quality of processes
**Continuous Improvement**
* You identify process improvements and harmonization measures and drive them forward
* You support optimization of Workday and related system integrations
* You document processes, standard operating procedures, and best practices
**Your qualifications and experience:**
* You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
* You have several years of professional experience in Global Payroll, Time Management, and Absence Management, or in HR Operations and/or HRIT projects.
* Applications from candidates with a Bachelor’s degree combined with relevant professional experience are also welcome.
* You possess solid knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday.
* Experience collaborating with external service providers (AMS\/outsourcing providers) is advantageous.
* Good knowledge of internal controls, compliance, or audit processes is desirable.
* Do you not hold a university degree? We still welcome your application if you have completed vocational training, additional relevant qualifications, and extensive professional experience in this field.
