Organizes, protects, and manages all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures. Records, stores, accesses, and/or analyzes computerized financial information. Maintains accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data. Classifies, codes, and summarizes numbers and financial data using journals, ledgers, and/or computers to prepare and maintain financial records. Prepares, maintains, and distributes statistical, financial, accounting, audit, or payroll reports and forms. Completes various closing procedures and reports within designated timeframes. Prepares, reviews, reconciles, and issues invoices, statements, and bills in accordance with company procedures. Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains a neat, professional uniform and personal appearance; safeguards confidentiality of proprietary information; protects company assets; and protects the privacy and security of guests and colleagues. Communicates with others using clear, professional language; prepares and reviews documents accurately and thoroughly; and responds to phone calls and emails using appropriate etiquette. Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance. Develops and maintains positive working relationships with others; supports the team in achieving common goals; listens attentively to concerns of other employees and responds appropriately.
