We are looking for a **Business Controller** to join our **Finance** team. In this role you will support management in strategic decision\-making through financial planning, performance analysis and business control. Working closely with cross\-functional teams, you will monitor key financial indicators, provide meaningful business insights and contribute to the successful delivery of strategic and operational objectives across the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitoring variances against budgets and forecasts; * Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and month\-end closing activities; * Monitor financial and operational KPIs, providing insights and recommending corrective actions; * Perform profitability analyses by project, customer, product and business unit to support management decision\-making; * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and reliable business data; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of controlling processes, reporting tools and operational efficiency. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field; * Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Controlling, Audit or a similar finance\-related role; * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting; * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Oracle is an advantage; * Strong analytical, problem\-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders; * Fluency in Portuguese and English; * Proactive, collaborative and results\-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
