Workshop Equipment Maintenance Technician \| Vandoma Responsibilities Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial and automotive equipment; Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures; Support the installation and commissioning of new equipment; Ensure compliance with equipment safety and operational quality standards; Provide technical support to junior teams and external suppliers; Prepare technical records and internal intervention reports; Support continuous improvement of equipment usage processes. Profile Technical education in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics; Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles (preferably in the automotive sector); Strong knowledge of general workshop equipment maintenance; Diagnostic ability, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics; Knowledge of compressed air systems and industrial equipment (preferred); Basic computer/software diagnostic skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CAD, Simatic, etc. (preferred). Technical proficiency and autonomous problem-solving capability; Ability to work under pressure; Team spirit and proactivity.
