In this role, you will connect media, data, commercial priorities, and brand strategies to build scalable growth opportunities. Working closely with cross\-functional teams and external partners, you will help strengthen Opella's digital competitiveness while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. * Lead initiatives that accelerate eCommerce growth and strengthen the digital presence of Opella's brands. * Turn data and insights into clear actions that drive business performance and customer impact. * Build strong partnerships with retailers, media platforms, agencies, and internal stakeholders to unlock new growth opportunities. * Champion innovation in retail media, measurement, and performance marketing to improve effectiveness and efficiency. * Simplify complexity by creating clear strategies, processes, and priorities that support sustainable growth. * Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive culture where people can grow, learn, and succeed together. **Main responsibilities** * Define and lead the performance marketing and retail media strategy across Opella's brand portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial and brand objectives. * Develop and manage investment plans across retailers, brands, categories, and media channels to maximize incremental sales growth and return on investment. * Monitor campaign performance and business outcomes, translating data into actionable insights and optimization plans. * Manage external agency partners and retail media platforms, ensuring high\-quality execution, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Build strategic relationships with key retailers and partners to identify new opportunities, test innovative solutions, and enhance digital visibility. * Lead cross\-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, finance, and global teams to develop and execute growth initiatives. * Drive innovation in measurement, attribution, automation, and digital capabilities to strengthen the effectiveness of media investments. **About you** * Experience developing and executing performance marketing and/or retail media strategies that deliver measurable business growth in eCommerce or digital commerce environments. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, generate insights, and make data\-driven recommendations. * Experience managing media budgets, forecasting investments, and evaluating return on investment. * Ability to build effective relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders, including commercial teams, retailers, agencies, and external partners. * Knowledge of retail media ecosystems, digital advertising platforms, and key performance metrics such as return on ad spend, conversion rate, attribution, and incrementality. * Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast\-paced and evolving environment while maintaining a focus on results. * Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. **About Us:** Opella is the self\-care challenger with the purest and third\-largest portfolio in the Over The Counter (OTC) \& Vitamins, Minerals \& Supplements (VMS) market globally.
