Job Summary: Zumub is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning of order receipt, preparation, and dispatch processes while meeting operational targets. Foster a collaborative, results-oriented work environment Zumub is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to strengthen its Operations and Logistics team. The professional's main mission will be to ensure daily operational coordination, guaranteeing the smooth functioning of order receipt, preparation, and dispatch processes, and contributing to the achievement of operational targets. FUNCTION Supervise and coordinate the operational team's daily activities; Ensure proper creation and tracking of shipping documents; Guarantee order receipt, verification, organization, and dispatch; Monitor adherence to internal procedures, quality standards, and defined deadlines; Support priority management and resolution of operational incidents; Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operational functioning. REQUIREMENTS Minimum secondary education (12th grade); User-level computer skills; Basic English knowledge; Previous experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or similar contexts (preferred); Proven experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and effectively set priorities; Efficiency and high work capacity; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Proactive profile with initiative and leadership competencies.
